i loved staying at the Jazz. the staff were amazing, even called me by my name. the location was prime, right in the theater district. my bunk was comfy, and the room was clean with nice decor. the free bagel breakfast was a nice touch before exploring nearby eateries. i felt safe walking around and even enjoyed a comedy show on a sunday night. overall, a great experience meeting people from around the world.

Great location near Times Square. Free towels provided. Tours available in Spanish and Portuguese. Clean rooms with a nice layout. Friendly team that refunded our deposit promptly.

Limited organization and security. Street noise present.

Loved the wicked location, man! Right near Central Park, heaps of food joints around, and free water refill - good times. Staff were top blokes, even upgraded my room 'cause of a small hiccup, lovely touch. Only downside was brekkie being a bit basic - just a dry roll and jam, but hey, who needs brekky when you're in the Big Apple, right? 🍎

The staff hiccup was a bummer; one person was less than stellar.

The rooms were so comfy with a cozy seating area to relax. We loved the private bathroom with a refreshing shower. It felt like a home away from home.

I wished the bathroom had a bathtub, but that's just my preference.

Got pumped on early bird ride with Citi bikes. Digging the chill vibes of the woodsy decor. Hit up iconic neighborhood spots. Strolled through park to museum bonanza. Daydreamed about 80s jams. My room had a quirky ostrich headboard. The place has this funky coffee bar you can't miss. Apartment-sized bathroom was a nice surprise. Easy access to bus tours, just a bike ride away. Sadly, couldn't bring my furry friend. Packed week of good times. Gonna miss those food trucks! #AdventureDad

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from Central Park and Times Square. You can easily find groceries and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around. the staff here is friendly and always willing to help, making you feel welcome. the rooms offer a nice view from the window, giving you a taste of the bustling city life.

There are a few areas that could be improved. the rooms are lacking some basic amenities like hooks on the walls to hang jackets, making it a bit inconvenient.

Warm Palette of Mixed Woods: The hostel's design welcomes you like a cozy cabin in the middle of the bustling city. The warmth of the mixed woods and dark mahogany furniture made me feel like I was in a fairy tale forest.

Loved the rustic wood floors that matched the carpet under my bed. So artsy with the funky prints on the walls. And the location, oh so fabulous, walking distance to all the fancy museums!

So sad they didn't have a pet horse accommodating people with special needs. How am I supposed to explore the city without my trusty steed?
